We had big fun on Wednesday celebrating Groundhog Day!! The kids learned a lot thanks to Kim Adsit!! Here are just a few of the activities we completed.
I forgot to snap a picture of how cute they looked, but you can see in this picture that we also made groundhog headbands. :)
We completed a Ground Hog Tree map together and then they had to write one fact in their lift the flap groundhog!
I love all of your activities! Groundhog Day is one of my favorites because the kids have such a great time!
ReplyDeleteI did have a question... where did you get the template for the "groundhog puppet"? That is SO cute and I love that you incorporated groundhog facts with it!:)
It is another oldie from the ground hog folder!! I think I brought it home so I will scan and post it when I get back home. I am across the street watching....well, kinda watching...:) the Super Bowl. :) I don't think I have the inside paper here at home - :(
ReplyDeleteI was wondering the same thing about that cute pattern!
